Our training programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual or team utilizing various techniques from across Europe and North America. These comprehensive curriculums are currently used by NHL teams, professional players and many renowned international associations.

Our programs are specifically tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the player or team from minor hockey right through to professional players and teams. We can also incorporate our dry-land sessions to enhance the player's movement and conditioning.

Sully’s hockey also provides optional video and nutritional sessions.
