James has been a professional hockey skills instructor for more than 10 years. He has trained extensively with Sean Skinner, an elite stick handling instructor for NHL teams and associations world wide giving James in-valuable experience and professionalism.

James’ vast skills and knowledge have allowed him to work in Canada, United States, Europe and Asia. He has had the pleasure to work with local elite professional players including Andrew Ladd, Garret Hunt and Brett Sonne to name a few. He is an extremely driven instructor and expects nothing but the best from his players.

James was also a professional in-line stunt skater which gives him a unique ability to break down bio-mechanical movements and techniques. He was the head instructor for the CCM Guts and Glory tour for the past few years and has made appearances in Sean Skinner’s new 10 disk hockey skills DVD with other elite trainers and hockey professionals.

Being a personal trainer, James is able to help his players develop their strength, stamina and skills off ice. “Sully” is well known in the local community and also donates his time coaching/skills instructing the local amateur hockey teams and associations.
